COVID-19 vaccine weekly safety reports

The TGA report dated 12-8-2021 shows:
Six TTS deaths have been reported over the preceding 4 months –5 of the 6 deaths occurred in women aged 34, 48 (2 cases), 52 and 72-years-old. The other death was in a 44-year-old man.
There was also one death from a case of immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), a 61 year old female (racgp.org.au).
This is from the approximately 7.4 million doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine that have been administered in Australia.

A 34-year-old woman in New South Wales has become the 7th person in Australia to die from vaccine related complications, after receiving the first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine.
She died on Wednesday the 4th August 2021.
That is the same day that 5 individuals died after contracting the COVID-19 virus, none being fully vaccinated.
She died from a confirmed case of TTS, after receiving her first dose of the AstraZeneca jab.
Just under 7 million doses of AstraZeneca have now been given in Australia, resulting in one vaccine death per million doses.
6 of the 7 vaccine deaths were linked to TTS, and one was linked to ITP.
TTS = Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome.
ITP = Immune ThrombocytoPenia.
