Is the COVID-19 Vaccination worth it?
The results of the COVID cases at the super spreader “West Hoxton Birthday party” have shown this to be one of the most significant transmission events, highlighting the value of vaccination.
NSW Health Minister Brad Hazzard, revealed the following case details from this birthday party.
- 24 people not vaccinated, all COVID positive.
- 6 people fully vaccinated, all COVID negative.
- 1 person with first dose vaccine only, COVID negative.
The virus had a 100 per cent transmission rate on those that were not vaccinated.
Those that were partially or fully vaccinated were 100 per cent safe.
