Superannuation Proof on a Partner Visa.
Should a Partner Visa applicant, or sponsor, provide proof of adding their partner on their Superannuation?
If you have nominated the other partner on your Superannuation as a beneficiary, then it is worth uploading proof of having done that.
The reason is that it is one extra proof of relationship commitment.
If you have no super, or have not included your partner as a beneficiary, then it is not ‘vitally’ important to upload anything.
We did not get around to doing anything on super, and it did not stop our visas being granted. (subclass 300, 820 and 801).
If you are short on proof of relationship commitment, then it might be worth getting around to changing your superannuation details to include your partner, and including that proof as a relationship upload item.
Thank you to those who have sent me a coffee, it is very much appreciated.
