The Minister for Housing, the Hon Clare O’Neil MP, announced today, 28 November 2025, that the “Australian Government Help to Buy Scheme” will be open for applications from 5 December 2025.
Commonwealth Bank and Bank Australia are the participating lenders for the Help to Buy Scheme.
