How many Service Stations out of Petrol?

Australian Energy Minister Chris Bowen has stated that 24 of the 1,800 (approx) service stations in Queensland are out of unleaded petrol.
This leaves only about 1,776 that were able to supply unleaded petrol.
Even before the fuel crisis, there were occasions that some service stations ran out of some fuel types, due to deliveries not arriving in time.
