While Sydney and Melbourne house prices are falling, Brisbane region houses are still rising in price.
Greater Brisbane has seen a 2.2% rise for the year, to a median price of $567,376 for houses.
Ipswich has seen a 5.8% rise to $386,250.
However, the median prices for units have seen a drop in price to $376,972 for Greater Brisbane (down 6.8%) and $308,500 for Ipswich (down 3.6%)
