Not Enough Jobs in Australia.
Anglicare Australia’s latest survey of job availability shows that there are now as many as 106 jobseekers for every entry-level position.
This is not good news for those hoping to find work on Australia.
A statement from Kasy Chambers, Anglicare Australia executive director, was:
“There aren’t enough jobs at their skill level to meet demand in any part of the country.”
Over 1,000 applicants for some jobs.
One person applying for a casual job found that there were 793 other applicants that same day, with another 463 applications the next day.
Over 1,000 applications for one single position.
