A Freedom of Information request has shown the following changes in average processing times for PMV and Partner visas for Philippine Citizens with an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident partner from 2010 to March 2021.

The number of days shown are from the date of application, until the grant date in each year shown.

Subclass 300 with Philippines Citizenship.

Average Days Processing each year:
2010 was 131 days.
2011 was 163 days.
2012 was 175 days.
2013 was 203 days.
2014 was 259 days.
2015 was 311 days.
2016 was 261 days.
2017 was 234 days.
2018 was 317 days.
2019 was 483 days.
2020 was 544 days.
2021 was 803 days for first 3 months only.

Subclass 309 with Philippines Citizenship.

Average Days Processing each year:
2010 was 146 days.
2011 was 177 days.
2012 was 195 days.
2013 was 233 days.
2014 was 295 days.
2015 was 325 days.
2016 was 271 days.
2017 was 243 days.
2018 was 315 days.
2019 was 497 days.
2020 was 599 days.
2021 was 585 days for first 3 months only.

Subclass 820 with Philippines Citizenship.

Average Days Processing each year:
2010 was 118 days.
2011 was 192 days.
2012 was 162 days.
2013 was 167 days.
2014 was 201 days.
2015 was 261 days.
2016 was 344 days.
2017 was 437 days.
2018 was 462 days.
2019 was 514 days.
2020 was 575 days.
2021 was 622 days for first 3 months only.
