19th July 2021. A Queensland resident returned from Melbourne on the 13th and tested positive to COVID in Queensland on the 18th. She has had both Pfizer vaccinations.
She was wearing a mask, so the risk of her spreading the virus is low.

This new case is the third person in the family of three that came up from Hotel Quarantine in Sydney. The family consists of a 12 yr old and both parents.

5 new Cases. 3 new locally acquired and 2 overseas arrivals.

2 of the 3 new locally acquired cases arrived at Brisbane Domestic airport from Sydney. They arrived from the USA, and spent 14 days in quarantine in Sydney. They may have become infected while in Sydney.

1 of the 3 new locally acquired cases is a worker at Brisbane International airport.
