Can a subclass 494 visa holder apply for a subclass 820/801 Partner Visa?
Holders of a Subclass 494 visa must hold that visa for three years before they are permitted to apply for certain Permanent Resident visas in Australia.
The Subclass 820/801 partner visa is one of those visas, that a 494 holder must wait for 3 years, on the 494, before applying for the 820/801.
