Early voting for the Australian Voice Referendum starts on 2 October 2023 in:
- Northern Territory
- Tasmania
- Victoria
- Western Australia
But in the four states and territories that have a Public Holiday on Monday 2 October, the early voting starts on 3 October 2023.
These are:
- Australian Capital Territory
- New South Wales
- Queensland
- South Australia
