Caloundra is about a 60 to 90 minutes drive, North of Brisbane.
This is Caloundra, on the Sunshine Coast, in Mid Winter, it was the coldest day that I have had for years, but it still looks beautiful.

Caloundra was named from the Aboriginal word Kal’owen-dha, meaning a place of beech trees.
