According to the Australian Bureau of statistics, the median value of Established Houses in the major Capital cities has changed, over the last 12 months as follows:

Up 10.8% in Darwin and up 0.6% Hobart.
Down 10.1% in Perth, down 7.3% in Sydney, down 6.7% Melbourne, down 6.3% in Brisbane, down 5.1% in Canberra and down 1.9% in Adelaide.
