Are Biometrics needed for subclass 600 Visitor Visa?
They probably are is the best answer, and it is easy to find out.
How do I know if I need to supply Biometrics?
When you have completed your visa application online, you can go to the main page and see a section at the bottom left.
I have highlighted the link shown in the red box in the screenshot below.
Click on BIOMETRICS COLLECTION and see what it says.
Just a minute or so after payment, I went to this section and read the instructions. Within 30 minutes I had booked the Biometrics appointment.
Some people say to wait until asked to do the biometrics. I’ve seen people wait a few weeks. I personally would rather not wait, as I wanted to get that visa done quickly for my friend.
