Masks are required again in Victoria.
All adults, and children aged 12 and over, must from 6:00pm tonight (25 May 2021), wear a fitted face mask in all indoor settings, with few exemptions.
Visitor limits are also being tightened in Melbourne. These rules are in force until 4 June, but might be extended further.
Victoria and South Australia Border Restrictions
The recent coronavirus cluster in Melbourne has caused South Australia to imposes new border restrictions with Victoria.
The majority of people who have been in the high exposure locations, should already be in 14 days quarantine in Victoria
But any recent arrivals into South Australia, from those areas, who arrived even before the restrictions came into effect, will have to isolate for 14 days and get COVID-19 tested on days 1, 5 and 13.
It is believed the outbreak is linked to an arrival from ]ndia, who may have contracted the virus from another COVID positive arrival on the same flight, but caught while in quarantine.
They were both quarantined in the Playford medi-hotel in Adelaide.
