Chris & Liz arrived in Brisbane in 2008 from Ireland.
The lack of food from Ireland and the UK was a big problem, so in February 2010 they started setting up the Celtic Koala Irish & UK Store, importing all Irish & UK crisps, sauces, chocolates etc as well as a large deli of homestyle meats, breads & cheeses.
In September 2011, O’Connors Traditional Fish & Chips was born.
Our theory is to use the finest ingredients, prepare everything ourselves and also ensure we maintian our very high standards. We also import our Haddock so you truly get the most authentic Fish & Chips.
