Centrelink increases from 20 March 2023.
Centrelink are increasing some benefits payments from 20th March 2023, by about 3.7%.
Only those with a payment date from the 3rd April 2023, will receive the full increase, covering their 14 day payment period.
Those getting a payment between 20 March and 2 April, 2023, will receive the higher daily rate for only the days from 20 March 2023, with the old rate for any days before 20 March 2023.

Maximum increase of $5.60 per fortnight.
$157.20 per fortnight up from $151.60.
1 or 2 children.
Maximum increase of $6.58 per fortnight, per person.
$184.94 per fortnight up from $178.36.
3 or more children.
Maximum increase of $7.42 per fortnight, per person.
$208.74 per fortnight up from $201.32.
