Garage Sale Trail 2020.

This year the country’s biggest weekend of garage sales is happening on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November 2020 and with new ways to get involved both online and in the real world, you can take part no matter what restrictions are in place.

Registrations to host a sale open in mid September. It’s free and anyone can do it, whether you’re a household, community group, a whole street, school or even a local business.

Registrations are now open for the tenth annual Garage Sale Trail, which will take place on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November.

Garage Sale Trail is made possible thanks to the support of 115 councils Australia wide. If your council is not on the list, there may be a limit to the number of sales in your area.

Wording on one council website, regarding this, is:

The online element of the initiative will not only work to keep people safe during the pandemic but also assist sellers in finding the perfect match for their pre-loved items – no matter their location.
