Queensland Health authorities have informed of a possible COVID-19 case that was in Brisbane recently.
The woman arrived in Sydney in mid-July, and was placed in hotel quarantine for two weeks. While in quarantine, she returned two negative test results.
She then travelled to Brisbane in early August returning to Sydney on August 17 then on to Japan the following day.
She then tested positive for COVID-19 upon her arrival in Japan.
A health alert has been issued for anyone who dined at Greenslopes cafe ‘The Jam Pantry’ on August 16, and those on Virgin flight VA-962 from Brisbane to Sydney on Monday August 17.
