Partner Visa 820 – 801 Grant Refusal rate 2014 2015 2016

Visa Refusal Rates for Onshore Partner Visa application 2014-15 and 2015-16.

Not all visa applications are granted.  The refusal rate for the initial application is lower than for the final application for the Permanent visa, with an example being 11% of stage 1 are refused and 17% of stage 2 being refused. That’s 28% of all the original 820/801 applications that never get granted.

Statistics for 2014-15 and 2015-16 are shown below.  The refusal rates for later years are indicated as being even higher.
