The 2020 Queensland state election was held on Saturday 31 October 2020.

This was a win by the Australian Labor Party (ALP), led by Annastacia Palaszczuk.

  • ALP: 1,134,969 votes giving 52 seats.
  • Liberal/National: 1,029,442 votes giving 34 seats.
  • Greens: 271,514 votes giving 2 seats.
  • Pauline Hanson’s One Nation: 204,316 votes giving 1 seat.
  • Katter’s Australian Party: 72,168 votes giving 3 seats.
  • Independent: Sandy BOLTON, Noosa: 14,051 votes giving 1 seats.
  • 141,864 votes were shared between other winning candidates, but with no seats.

The 2017 Queensland state election was held on Saturday 14 March 2017.

This was a win by the Australian Labor Party (ALP), led by Annastacia Palaszczuk.

  • ALP: 957,890 votes giving 48 seats.
  • Liberal/National: 911,019 votes giving 39 seats.
  • Pauline Hanson’s One Nation: 371,193 votes giving 1 seat.
  • The Greens: 270,263 votes giving 1 seat.
  • Katter’s Australian Party: 62,613 votes giving 3 seats.
  • Independent: Sandy BOLTON, Noosa: 9,479 votes giving 1 seats.
  • 130,963 votes were shared between other winning candidates, but with no seats.
