R.T. Edwards Closing Down in June 2019.
R.T. Edwards has announced plans to exit its retail and online sales operations in Queensland and close its stores over the next two months.
The R.T.Edwards Commercial business will continue.
R.T. Edwards started in 1931 in East Street, Ipswich, and has 15 stores throughout S.E. Queensland.
R.T. Edwards was bought by the Walker family in 2008, who trade under the name Radio Rentals in South Australia.
Radio Rentals in South Australia is NOT the same company as ‘Radio Rentals’ owned by the Thorn Group, who trade under the ‘RR Rentlo Reinvented’ name in South Australian, and ‘Radio Rentals’ in Australian States, other than South Australia.
