South East Queensland residents and industry will have a nine-day special exemption to wash away dust blanketing cars and buildings following Wednesday’s worst dust storm in 70 years.
The Queensland Water Commission (QWC) is putting in place an exemption to Medium Level (Target 200) restrictions which will apply from 12.01am on Saturday and end nine days later at 11.59pm on Sunday, October 4.
