There were 2,490 Invitations issued in the month to 11 September 2018, for subclass 189 Skilled Independent Visas.
There were 10 Invitations issued in the month to 11 September 2018, for subclass 489 Skilled Regional (Provisional) Visas.

This is the same number as the previous month, ending 11 August 2018.  But the number on the lower point of 70 reduced by about 27%, with more invitations needing the higher points of between 75 and 100.

However, for the same period in 2017-18 there were 8,059 invitations, and the total for the year was only 16,296
