Change from Visitor to Student Visa.
On 1 July 2024, the Australian Labor Government changed some Immigration rules.
One of these was that Visitor Visa holders will not be able to apply for Student Visas onshore.
A visitor visa holder will have to wait until they leave Australia before they can submit a student visa application.
